我还记得我听的他的第一首歌Life Goes On，我不相信他已经不在了。他都舍不得自己的朋友的离去，他都了解失去重要的人的痛苦，他怎么会让爱自己的人承受同样的痛苦呢？~有的时候，我真的宁愿相信，他在用这个标题暗示我们，他依然活着~！这是一首让我爱上2pac的歌，我也渐渐的有点了解了他。

最近在听Ghetto Gospel和Thugz Mansion ,虽然是两首逝后发行的作品，但是，感觉时代感还是很强。他仍然在诉说着生活。在歌曲里，2pac就像是在天堂悲哀着我们的悲哀，无奈着我们的无奈，也安慰着我们的痛楚……
在2pac的歌里，我听到了生活的无奈，听到了上帝的不公，听到了一个人的战斗，听到了最真的人性。当然，我也听到了最真实的呐喊，听到了对于理想的追求，听到了对于平等的渴望，听到了对生活的挑战，听到了一颗不屈的灵魂……
其实根本不是我了解了2pac，是2pac了解了这个世界，了解了深埋于每一个孤独的灵魂的挣扎... ...

1996年9月13日,图派克·沙克(Tupac Shakur)被轰了四枪六天后不治身亡,时年25岁
不像柯特·科本（Kurt Cobain）的自戮那样悲烈，不像约翰·列侬（John Lennon）被崇拜者毙在街心那样痛快，也不像吉姆·莫里森（Jim Morrison）在浴缸里爆血管那样古怪，更不像基米·亨得里克斯因安眠药过量而被呕吐物呛死在世界女子花样滑冰冠军的床上那样戏剧——同所有那些敌视这个世界并死在这个上面的摇滚音乐家相比，图派克的死死不得其所，类似上苍在忽视了这个人的罪过很久后突然想起、接着施行的一次玩笑式报复，或者，若说这是宿命的话，那和他通过音乐希冀表达的东西并没有直接关系，他死在热气升腾且措不及防的生活里，没有任何艺术表达的诱因在里面。
他在离世一年前曾说过：“我想自己会死在30岁前。”而他在单曲《我壁橱里的流浪狗》（My Closet Roaddogz）里也预言了自己的命运 ：“即使我现在就死去，我的生命也能永远存在。”
一个吟唱死亡的诗人。
